Biography

I have expertise in all areas of law relating to children under the Children (NI) Order 1995, to include Residence Orders, Contact Orders, Specific Issues Orders, Prohibited Steps Order, Emergency Protection orders, Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Freeing orders for adoption. I have a particular interest in international family law, non-accidental injury and representing patients.

I also accept instructions in relation to divorce and Ancillary Relief.

I regularly appear in all Court tiers of Family Courts throughout the jurisdiction.
