Tim was called to the Bar in 2012, having previously worked as a solicitor at a leading criminal defence firm in the jurisdiction. Since then, Tim has developed a practice that includes judicial review, immigration, employment and personal injury. He has also been appointed to the Coroners Panel of Counsel (B panel).

He is also developing a sports law practice and has acted for players who have been injured on the field of play, as well as acting for individuals with disputes against sporting governing bodies.
