Richard has experience of diverse commercial, corporate and civil law matters, with particular interests in copyright, competition, intellectual property, litigation, procurement and chancery court matters. Instructed by a range of clients in both the public and private sectors, regularly advising on copyright law, land law and civil law. Appears in the High Court, County Court, Chancery Court, Tribunals and at judicial reviews. Previous to the Bar worked for four years as a solicitor in areas such as commercial property, banking, procurement, litigation and competition law. Richard is an experienced negotiator and is particularly commended for his client handling skills. Having come from a business background he believes that customer care is essential for a growing practice and always tries to accommodate clients by replying in a speedy and efficient manner.
