Biography

Richard was called to the Bar in 2020 and completed pupillage with a criminal Defence and Prosecution Practitioner. He additionally gained experience in Judicial Review, extradition, personal injury and employment proceedings.

Richard regularly appears in criminal matters before the Magistrates’ Court, County Court (Appeals), Crown Court and in High Court bail applications. Richard additionally has experience appearing in Judicial Reviews, Parole Hearings and County Court Civil Bills.

Richard is currently accepting instructions in all areas of practice.
