Rachel was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2012. She has a broad civil and public law practice with a focus on public inquiries, administrative law and judicial review, Inquests, and civil litigation.
She was instructed on behalf of a core participant in the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Inquiry, and was a member of the Counsel Team to the Muckamore Abbey Hospital Inquiry.
She is a member of the Government Legal Service ‘A’ Panel, the Coroner’s Panel of Counsel, and the DLS Panels (General Litigation & Inquests).
