Rachel has a varied civil practice, with a particular focus on public law and civil litigation.
She advises on a broad range of public and administrative law issues, including judicial review, and was instructed in the Public Inquiry into the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme.
Rachel has experience in a wide range of civil matters including personal injury cases, injunctions, land law, obligations relating to roads and rivers legislation, debt and rates proceedings, housing law and possession proceedings.
She also has experience in private and public law Children Order proceedings including non-party disclosure applications by public bodies, non-molestation order proceedings, and parole hearings.
