Biography
Peter was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2016.
He regularly accepts instructions in Criminal and Human Rights Law. Notably appearing in high profile assault, sexual abuse, and road traffic cases. He is experienced in complex matters such as: PACE, serious crime prevention orders and proceeds of crime legislation where he has advocated arguments both new and unique to this jurisdiction.
Peter also appears in the County Court and High Court acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants across the full range of civil matters, including personal injury, contract, probate and land disputes.”
