Year of Call: 2000

Main Areas of Practice

Administrative Law or Judicial Review

Human Rights

I was called to the Bar of NI in 2000. I specialised in Family Law, including all areas of Child Law and Matrimonial Law. After 7 years I moved to the public sector. I held the position of Head of Legal and Investigations for the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People for 8 years. On return to the Bar I brought a wealth of expertise in the field of child rights to my practice. I continue to practice in family and child law but have also broadened my practice to include the areas outlined above. I have a particular interest in employment law.
