Biography

Luke is regularly instructed in County Court and High Court matters and has experience in Personal Injury and Credit Hire cases on behalf of both Plaintiff and Defence, as well as cases involving Defamation and Breach of Contract.

Luke also appears in Criminal matters before the Magistrate’s Court, County Court (Appeals), Crown Court and in High Court bail applications.

Luke appears in a wide range of Employment Tribunal matters, predominantly involving discrimination and unfair dismissal, appearing before the Tribunal for both Claimant and Defendant.

Luke is additionally instructed regularly in Tax Tribunal cases, particularly involving the issue of Excise Duty.

Luke is also experienced and regularly appears in Mental Health Review Tribunals.

Prior to his call to the Bar, Luke gained experience working in a busy city centre law firm, working predominantly within the areas of Civil Litigation and Criminal Defence.
