Kelsey was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2024 and completed her Pupillage with an experienced Employment Law Practitioner.
During Pupillage, Kelsey gained extensive experience in Employment Law Tribunal proceedings. Kelsey has also spent time in Mental Health Review Tribunals, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Family Law and Criminal Proceedings.
Kelsey has been instructed to represent detained patients before the Mental Health Review Tribunal allowing her to gain significant experience of working with vulnerable individuals.
Kelsey has also been instructed to represent parents and guardians on behalf of their children before the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
Kelsey is currently accepting instructions in all areas of law.
