Professional Negligence
I commenced practice in1977, and have worked successfully in Civil Law for Werner Heubeck, Ulsterbus / Citybus and advised on the multi ticketing procedures as well as defending civil actions in both the County Court and High Court. At the same time I was involved in Criminal / Civil rights cases arising from criminal damage and breaches of the Criminal Law. I appeared as Leading Counsel and Junior Council in murders, attempted murders, serious assaults and occasionally fraud trials. In the last ten years I have been involved in Professional Negligence cases both here, and in the South. I appeared in the Hamill enquiry, and criminal proceedings, which are ongoing and criminal proceedings arising. I currently defend debtors against mortgage recovery actions and possession proceedings.
