Emily trained and commenced practice in England in 2008 but returned to NI and the Bar Library. She has a broad commercial and administrative law practice, ranging from high value commercial claims to public interest judicial reviews. She has consistently been ranked as a Leading Junior in multiple categories in the independent legal directories and regularly appears in high value litigation (being instructed in 3 of The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases 2017-18).

Emily’s EU and cross-jurisdictional expertise (actively practising in England, NI and Dublin) is of particular value in the context of Brexit and in utilities and procurement.
