My practice extends to all aspects of employment law and litigation acting for public sector and private corporate respondents. I have extensive experience of providing strategic advice and conducting extensive hearings within highly regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, corporate governance and related judicial review, regulatory referrals and other specialist proceedings). My experience also includes litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty and related shareholder disputes.
Drawing upon this regulatory experience, I have conducted and chaired complex inquests in which Art 2 has been engaged and been instructed to undertake corporate governance and compliance related internal investigations and reviews on behalf of local authorities, faith communities, Charities and private limited companies and advise in relation to public inquiries in these sectors.
