Biography

Prior to my call to the Bar, I was a commercial property solicitor in a leading Belfast solicitors firm. I appear in the Chancery and Commercial Court in a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on property litigation. I represent the solicitors’ insurers in professional negligence claims. I regularly appear in the Lands Tribunal in relation to disputes under the Business Tenancies (NI) Order 1996.
