Darren’s main practice is in Crime specialising in organised criminal networks, importation and conspiracy to supply drugs, all firearm offences, murders and serious assaults as well as white collar frauds involving the insolvency service and HMRC.
Darren also receives instructions for applications in the High Court involving appeals against sentence and conviction, matters involving Public Interest Immunity involving Government bodies.
Darren deals with cases involving complex defences including duress, insanity, lack of specific, intent, and self-defence.
Darren acts as junior alone, led junior, as well as leading junior on all areas of his practice.
