Family Law
Bláithin Cleland has an established practice in all areas of family law. Bláithin’s areas of specialism are divorce and ancillary relief, public and private law children’s cases to include adoption, care proceedings, non-accidental injury,child abduction, international relocation disputes and equity matters. Bláithin’s practice is predominately in the High Court, Family Care Centre and County Court. Bláithin is regularly instructed by the Guardian ad Litem to represent children in family matters.
