Biography

Benjamin was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in September 2020 and is available for instruction in all practice areas.

His pupillage was predominantly in the area of criminal law, whilst also gaining experience across a wide range of areas including Judicial Review, Landlord & Tenant, and Negligence.

Benjamin has also conducted research for Senior Counsel relating to the liability for building defects in the aftermath of Grenfell, and has developed a particular interest in this issue.

He is available to provide research assistance in all areas.
