Audrey was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2019. She is currently accepting instructions in all practice areas.
Audrey has particular experience representing defendants in criminal proceedings. Prior to joining the Bar, she worked at a fast-paced corporate law firm in Singapore, and later at a leading human rights law firm in Malaysia.
Audrey is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.

2017; Work at human rights law firm involved conducting legal research, drafting submissions,and attending client conferences and court hearings with senior lawyers. She worked on numerous inquests and judicial review matters (up to Court of Appeal level) involving custodial torture and deaths, capital punishment, statelessness, peaceful assembly, defamation, pension rights, and the detention of citizens on death row overseas.
2015 - 2016; Work at commercial law firm involved working closely with senior lawyers and corporate clients to finalise core transaction and corporate governance documents, attending board and shareholders’ meetings, and maintaining statutory registers of companies. Her role also involved drafting complex documents, including legal opinions; agreements relating to non-disclosure (NDA), sale and purchase (SPA), loans, and employment; and shareholders’ circulars on share issue and buy-backs mandates, business diversification, new company constitutions, etc.
