I haveengaged in a number of commercial mediations (contract; construction; building disputes; banking; business loans; etc) in addition to professional negligence mediations (Solicitors negligence; Engineers; Architects; Surveyors; etc). I have also participated in a number of chancery mediations (probate; personal guarantees; specific performance; landlord and tenant).
