Biography

I specialise in all public and private law work relating to children including care proceedings, adoption, fact finding hearings and residence, contact, change of name and removal from the jurisdiction applications. I am instructed on behalf of Parents, Local Authorities and Guardians. 
I further specialise in the following cases:

a. domestic violence including emergency applications for injunctive relief in the county court and committal proceedings.

b. Divorce and ancillary relief and have expertise in both complex cases involving pensions and business assets, as well as those of modest means.
