Coroners or Inquests
Rachel, having been called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2006, has 10 years’ experience in advising and conducting litigation in a wide range of courts. In the employment tribunals, county court, high court and the court of appeal Rachel has represented clients in employment disputes, personal injury actions, judicial reviews and commercial actions.
Rachel regularly acts on behalf of the Department for Infrastructure, Department of Justice, Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, as well as representing private clients.
