I have been able to accept instructions since March 2017

During my pupillage I gained experience in the Magistrate’s and Crown Courts as well as Appellate level Criminal Defence work. I also gained experience within the area of extradition.

My practice to date has involved appearing in the Family Courts in Domestic and Family matters. I have gained experience in contact and residence disputes as well as domestic violence proceedings.

I have gained experience of Criminal work at all tiers of court, acting for both prosecution and defence at Magistrate Court, appearing before the Crown Court and acting for Defendants in Departmental matters.

Michelle is interested in the following areas of practice: Criminal Law, Administrative Law/Judicial Review, Family Law, Human Rights, Extradition, Personal Injury and Mental Health Review Tribunals.

I am currently accepting instructions in all areas of practice.

DipHE in Mental Health Nursing - Michelle worked for several years as a mental health nurse in both acute and intensive care settings.
