Marie-Claire graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Queens University in 2011 and completed the Certificate in Professional Legal Studies with Distinction in 2012. Marie-Claire was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2012 and the Bar of Ireland in 2017.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Marie-Claire represented Northern Ireland in the International Mediation Competition in Chicago and the International Negotiation Competition in Belfast, placing competitively in both. Marie-Claire is also a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator.
Marie-Claire has a varied practice with a particular focus on Civil Litigation and Employment Law. Marie-Claire has represented in all tiers of court including HM Court of Appeal.
Marie-Claire is currently accepting instructions in all practice areas.

Civil Litigation including personal injury actions, contractual disputes, equity matters, asbestos related claims and medical and professional negligence
Chancery Actions including land and probate disputes and bankruptcy matters before the Master
