Primarily a criminal defence practitioner, I also practice general civil law, including licensing. I also engage in private and public child care cases. I am qualified as a commercial and family mediator as accredited by the Bar Council.

I practised at the Bar of England and Wales for 18 months before returning to Northern Ireland in 1997. My practice is principally a Crown Court centred. I have defended many defendants charged with serious sexual offences, drugs related offences and offences of violence. I have also defended in a number of significant fraud, tax evasion and terrorist cases.
