I am regularly instructed in domestic and family proceedings at all tiers of Court. I have acted on behalf of a wide range of parties including parents, grandparents and children through the Guardian ad Litem. I have experience in both public and private law applications including adoption, care, Hague Convention and habitual residence, supervision, residence and contact disputes and wardship. My main objective in same is ensuring clear and consistent advices are given and that client care is of the highest quality at all stages of proceedings.
I appear in matrimonial and cohabitee disputes and I have experience in divorce and ancillary relief proceedings, domestic violence proceedings including Non-Molestation Order and Occupation Order applications and maintenance disputes.
I am regularly instructed in Departmental prosecutions on behalf of Government Departments and Local District Councils at all tiers of Court. I have experience in unlawful advertising, breach of enforcement, environmental, dog attack, fisheries and planning matters. I am particularly interested in the law relating to animals and animal welfare.
I also have experience in bankruptcy, employment, insolvency, immigration, land law and personal injury.
I am willing to accept instructions across all practice areas and at all tiers of Court.
