Experience

I practice widely as a criminal defence practitioner in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. I also have a varied practice in personal injury litigation acting for both plaintiff litigants and defendant insurance companies. I have very extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Licensing cases acting for both Applicants and Objectors before the National Appeals Panel and in the Judicial Review Court. I regularly undertake this type of specialist work before the National Appeals Panel.
