Biography

Since my call in 2007 I have worked exclusively in the field of Family Law. I have a varied practice working for each party to include Trusts, Guardian ad Litem and parents. Initially my main experience would have been working in the Public Law arena representing the Applicant Trust in wide range of cases to include Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Freeing Orders, Secure Accommodation Orders, Non Accidental Injury cases and Emergency Protection Orders. This experience enabled my practice to develop rapidly to include both Guardian and parent work. My practice also includes representing parents in private law disputes ranging from contact and residence applications to the more complex implacable hostility, international relocation or Hague Convention cases. I deal also with Divorce/Ancillary relief and Domestic issues including all types of financial settlement, Injunctions, Maintenance, Non Molestation and Occupation Order matters.
